The 4th University of Eldoret Innovation Challenge invites students to identify real problems on campus and turn them into creative, practical solutions — improving the student experience, efficiency and sustainability across the University.

   Identify a campus problem

   Pick a real challenge students or staff face on campus.

   Register individually or as a team

   Submit your registration before the deadline.

   Submit your solution

   Describe the problem, your innovation and how you would prototype it.

   Train and refine

   Join pitching training and the Innovation Ideation & Pitch Bootcamp.

   Pitch and exhibit

   Pitch to judges at Innovation Week and showcase your work.

Teams pitch their solutions at the Innovation Challenge Pitching Competition on 10 February 2027 (NS3, 2:00–4:30 PM) before a panel of judges, with voting for pitching teams. Pitching training runs from 20 to 25 January 2027, followed by the Innovation Ideation & Pitch Bootcamp on 8–9 February 2027.
